Full trade list
One firm for the repair and everything it leaves behind
Most leak jobs end with a hole in a wall and a homeowner ringing round for a plasterer, a tiler and a decorator. We do all of it ourselves, so the room gets handed back finished rather than patched.
How we got here
We learned to make good because we had to
Finding a leak nearly always means cutting into something first. Twenty-five years ago that meant leaving people with a bare stud wall and a list of numbers to ring. So we learned to plaster, then to tile, then to decorate.
Once you can strip a bathroom back and put it together again properly, fitting a new one is the same work in a better order. That is how a leak detection firm ended up doing kitchens, bathrooms and extensions, and why the person quoting your job has already seen what is behind that wall.

Bathrooms
Strip out, first fix, tiling and finish, by the same two hands from start to end.

Kitchens
Units, worktops, plumbing and floors, including relaying tiles after a repair.

Central heating
Boilers, radiators and pipework, and the pressure loss nobody else could track down.

Extensions and refurbs
Bigger builds run end to end, with one number to ring the whole way through.
Everything we cover
Four kinds of work, all done by the same team
Water and heating
The side of the business everything else grew out of. Leaks, pressure loss, cold radiators, a stopcock that has not turned since the eighties.
