Neat access panel cut into a stud wall to reach a leaking pipe

Our work

Real jobs, real repairs, properly finished

Leak surveys, small repairs and the building work that sometimes follows. All of it in occupied London homes, left clean at the end of every day.

A leak job is finished when the room looks like nothing happened

Detect, repair, make good. Those three stages run through nearly everything below.

  • Small neat opening cut in a plasterboard stud wall exposing a repaired copper pipe joint
    Leak repair

    One panel out, leak fixed

WC, Manor Park. Damp coming through the stud wall. Thermal imaging and a damp meter put it at a joint behind one board, so one board came off. Repaired, boarded, skimmed.

  • Thermal imaging camera screen showing the heat signature of a hidden hot water pipe leak
    Detection

    Cold trail behind the plaster

Flat, Islington. Ceiling stain two rooms from the bathroom. The camera picked the run of the pipe out of the wall in minutes.

  • Damp meter reading taken beneath removed kitchen units during a leak survey
    Detection

    Readings under the units

Kitchen, Greenwich. Meter readings across the floor showed the water had tracked well past the sink before it surfaced.

  • Drain inspection camera reel and monitor set up beside an open drain cover
    Drainage

    Down the drain before digging

Croydon. Smell in the side return and a slow gully. Camera down the run first, so the digging was in one place instead of three.

  • Neatly installed copper and plastic pipework with new isolation valves
    Plumbing

    New pipework and isolation valves

Clapham. Failed section cut out and replaced, with isolation valves fitted so the next job does not mean draining the whole house.

  • Newly fitted modern bathroom with large grey tiles and a walk-in shower
    Bathrooms

    Bathroom back together

Camden Town. Started as a shower tray leaking into the hallway ceiling. Ended as a full refit, tiled and finished by us.

  • Freshly fitted navy shaker kitchen with oak worktop and relaid tiled floor
    Kitchens

Kitchen refit after a floor leak

Woodford. Leak in the pipe under the screed. Units out, tiles up, pipe replaced, floor relaid and the kitchen put back.

  • Before and after of a wall replastered and repainted following a leak repair
    Making good

    Before and after making good

Bromley. Same wall, two days apart. Cut out and repaired on the left, skimmed and painted on the right.

  • New central heating boiler and radiators with tidy copper pipework in a utility room
    Heating

    Heating system that holds pressure

Enfield. Boiler needed topping up every week. Found the loss, replaced the pipework and installed the new system.

  • Rear house extension under construction with new brickwork and scaffolding
    Building

    Rear extension, start to finish

Hornchurch. Single storey rear extension, brickwork through to plastering, run by the same two people who answer the phone.
